OK, so all of you know we here @CAG have changed our Attendance / Connection process.

It’s new! It’s exciting! There is a lot of entering to do!
This is my keyboard after entering everything.

Instead of specific emails each week, I will create a chart to show all the people that sign-up for something, and what each of them sign-up for.

Each week there will be a new chart (Mr Perot would be jealous).
Each week you will get an email w/ the new chart’s address.
Each week, I will send an email w/ the chart as an attachment.

Scroll through the chart to find people that have signed-up for your ministry/event.
You may notice that as far right as you scroll, the name column stays!
And as far down as you scroll, the heading row stays!
Use this technique to go to your specific column and concentrate on only the people who sign-up for your ministry/event.

It is important that you contact the people whom are interested in your ministry/event ASAP.
As with all contacts, your contacts need to be documented. Send me your contacts.
Make sure you put ‘CONNECT Follow-up’ in the Notes/IV section.
