1) signal to noise ratio
as much of a tool it is. it was becoming a spam proliferation device. i could have pruned my following list (i had an original rule of not following more than 100, but i broke that awhile ago). but even the really interesting people were becoming spammish.
2) 1 Corinthians 3:4-5
For when one says, “I follow Paul,” and another, “I follow Apollos,” are you not mere human beings? What, after all, is Apollos? And what is Paul? Only servants, through whom you came to believe — as the Lord has assigned to each his task.
3) anti-Facebook advocate
i am a heavy anti-Facebook advocate. i couldn’t in good faith be a champion of the twitter cause, and a anti-facebook advocate. get off the internet, talk to people, and grow in christ!
