2) CEM
A) WED RACE, SUN RACE, SS, & RR/NG attendance
i) two classes attendance was switched from when the money counters removed, then replaced, everything in the folders. - need new system
ii) emailed CEM Director

1) I was not informed that RR/NG went into new classes on Wednesday 08.20. That would have been helpful in creating accurate rosters for their classes. I will have them use temp rosters for the next few weeks to re-establish rosters.

2) Two SUN RACE class’s attendance was switched from when the money counters removed and replaced the stuff inside the folders.

3) One roster was returned from last week stating that a few girls from JR HS were late and their attendance wasnt recorded b/c the folder has been taken already. And many times in the WED RACE class Holly and I are in, some people come in late and their attendance isnt recorded.

4) In my opinion, the whole process is rather disruptive, especially when they come to get the attendance folder.

We need to create a new process. We need to think of what we need to do versus what we have been doing.

What can we do?
