Just finished the ‘Monday’ tasks. Skipped the pew callers sheets this week, as I havnt heard back from the pew callers for awhile.
This brings up an issue of creating procedures for returning paperwork - CARE, CONNECTs, Rosters, etc…
Attendance caused me to think more of a centralized Check-In.
Thoughts - mass organized confusion, long lines, adding ppl, class attended - necessary?, start small, multiple entry points, volunteers
And I need to learn Promotions thru Shelby, b/c Promotion Sunday is 09.02.2006!
Last Thursday started a new choir season, our choir runs like a school year. Our choir members are enrolled in choir as an organization and also profiled. So I need to figure out how to handle ppl that only participate in half the year . And I need to figure out how to use profile begin & end dates.
