Team Calvary -
Have you ever wanted to access Shelby information in your Microsoft Outlook (or favorite email program) Contacts?
Have you ever wanted to know who at Calvary is having a birthday today?
Have you ever thought the moon was made of green cheese?
Now you can!
Using advanced technology, the same technology they use at NASA, you can have information on Calvary’s regular attendees in your favorite email program’s contact folder.
This process is a lot faster and dependable than the Phone Directory. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged…the Phone Directory will not be discontinued.
And Now, Our Feature Presentation.
1) Before you start this process, it is suggested that you delete anyone from your contacts that is also a Calvary regular attendee. This will eliminate duplicate entries. Would you really want two Pastor Johns in your contact list?!
2) I will periodically transfer information from Shelby (don’t worry, the information magically stays in Shelby too!) into an Excel file.
3) Follow the instructional video to transfer the information from the Excel file (the magic continues, as the information stays in the Excel file too!) into your favorite email program’s contact folder. Make sure you choose the most up-to-date file.

But Wait! There’s More…
Once the contacts are in your email program’s contact folder, you can sync with any compatible portable electronic device. And take it all with you wherever you go!

wonderful! i wonder if it is possible to create a seperate folder just for the shelby contacts… maybe I’ll try unless you know that it is not possible.
‘Do, or do not. There is no try.’
Give you two hints, I will.
1) The :50-:55 segment.
B) Between ‘My Contacts’ & ‘Current View’
I am unable to open the link above. Is it possible for me to see the instructional vidoe?
